I. Return Policy Overview All orders are one-time sales and do not involve subscription services. Returns and refunds are supported within the specified time. Partially opened items can be returned under certain conditions. II. Return Time Limit Returns can be requested within 7 days from the date of receipt. Returns will not be supported beyond this time frame (except in special circumstances). III. Opened Return Instructions (Key Terms)
We understand that cycling equipment needs to be tried and experienced, therefore partially opened items are allowed for return, but the following conditions must be met:
Acceptable Conditions: Item has been opened but not actually used or only lightly tried on/worn. Item is clean, without obvious wear, scratches, or damage. Original packaging, accessories, instructions, etc., are basically complete. Unacceptable Conditions: Item has been used for a long time or shows obvious signs of use. Items that affect resale (e.g., stains, odors, damage). Safety products (e.g., helmets) have been impacted or used. IV. Standard Return Conditions
Regardless of whether opened or not, the following must be met:
Item is intact and without human damage. Items are not customized or marked as non-returnable. Application must be submitted within the specified time. V. Refund Instructions
Refund Method Refund will be returned to your original payment account.
Refund Time Refund processing will be completed within 3–7 business days after warehouse acceptance.
Refund Amount Quality issues: Full refund (including shipping costs, if applicable) Non-quality issues: Shipping costs may be deducted. VI. Shipping Costs Non-quality issues: Shipping costs are borne by the customer. Quality issues or wrong items: Shipping costs are borne by KineticPath LLC. VII.
